OK you are in a bit of a trouble potentially. But no, Santa will work this one out. He’s the expert on risk management and of projects that could go haywire. He faces this every year! You may not know this, but the real Santa – AKA Jarl Hendrickson, – lead of an extremely successful project management consultancy ( I can give you his contact details) is behind the more familiar fronting Santas of the world. Need I say more, have they failed in the past? Children the WWW over and those not on the WWW have been adequately catered for. The current risks will be taken care of! I am the strong ‘right hand woman’ and can take on any challenge!

Well Mr Consultant, you may be a bright spark however I can’t give you top marks for emotional intelligence on this project, I told you my heart wasn’t in it when you suggested major rationalisation and making all the elves redundant. They’re sitting round the fire singing songs and enjoying mulled wine and mince pies that Mother Christmas has made and I’m up to my eyes in it ! What do you suggest now exactly . . . ?
